About the Client
HRtion is a new HR software solution that aims to streamline HR processes for expanding companies in India. All the platform’s functionality is built into one single dashboard and includes HR analytics, payroll processing, recruitment, attendance management and employee lifecycle management. It’s designed to support businesses, whether they’re expanding their teams or managing a huge, multi-department workforce.
HRtion was in the process of finishing product development and launching the product formally at the time of the project. They did have a great product, but they didn’t have a marketing site — and in the B2B SaaS market, that’s frequently the first (and only) place a decision-maker will look before taking the leap to a demo call.
The Challenge
The speed of value communication on Saas websites is the key to their success or failure. HRtion had to provide answers to three questions asked by visitors within 5 seconds of landing: What does this do? Who is it for? Why should I believe it? Beyond that, the website had to be a lead generation machine – collect demo requests and trial signups from HR managers and business owners who are actively comparing options. The design couldn’t be a “startup side project”- it had to be a genuine enterprise product from the get, from the start.
Our Approach
The visual language of the site was inspired by the dashboard: it was clean, information dense, and professional, just like the product. The value proposition “Integrated Solution for Hire — One-stop for all HR Functions” was followed by reliability signals like 500+ users, 99.9% uptime, 24×7 support etc. in the hero section. Feature modules were displayed in a card-grid structure similar to the organizational structure of a product dashboard to help prospects visualize the website experience to the software they would be purchasing.
What We Built
The “above-fold” value proposition and trust metrics should be on a Saas-style homepage.
Include a showcase area for payroll, recruitment, attendance, employee management and analytics.
The dashboard UI mockup is integrated into the hero to give a sense of tangibility before signing up for the product.
Fully responsive design – mobile friendly for HR managers surfing on their tablets and laptops.
Reliability strip: Uptime SLA, support hours, number of users prominently displayed
CTAs for demo and free trial at several scroll positions.
Pricing or plans teaser section to minimise friction with those evaluating offers.
The pages are optimized for search engine optimization (SEO) with the keywords “HR software India” and “payroll software SME.The pages are optimized for SEO and include the keywords “HR software India” and “payroll software SME.
Design Notes
The colour palette was a conscious effort of using deep indigo / violet as the brand colour, in contrast to Indian SaaS startups, which typically employ shades of red and orange. When an HR manager decides which platform to give their employee data to, the impression of trustworthiness, intelligence and premium positioning is essential – and purple can help them accomplish that.
We designed the page for both types of users: HR rep who is interested in knowing what the product does (feature section, module breakdown), and business owner or CTO who wants to know if it’s reliable and scalable (uptime stats, 24×7 support, user count). Both visitors, the visitor and the referred visitor, can use the website without any restrictions and get the answer they are looking for.
What Our Client Say’s
Launching an all-in-one HR software platform requires a website that immediately builds trust and explains complex workflows in seconds. Digital Addex nailed it. The launch site is sleek, intuitive, and has been a massive driver for our early beta sign-ups.
